Schedule a Screening
You
can schedule your AngioScreen®
by calling 1.866-STAY-HEALTHY (1.866.782.9432).
If you are interested in having AngioScreen®
come to your workplace, please contact
ACA Corporate Offices at 1.615.292.7880 in
order to schedule an appointment.
At
the screening, your blood pressure will be taken along
with an ultrasound picture of your carotid arteries. In
addition, information will be
gathered about your heart rhythm and overall fitness.
There is no need to undress for this test. Once the scan
is complete, you will receive a color
printout of your results
and a CD-ROM containing a digital version of your AngioScreen®
results. Also, you will receive educational information
that will help you understand your results.
We encourage you to share your screening results with your physician.
